HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please keep in mind that we are a small business !! Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed and another 2-5 days for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. *CUSTOM ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO SHIP OUT :) please allow a 5-10 day processing time for custom orders*

HOW CAN I CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE NECKLACE FITS THE WAY I WANT IT TO BEFORE ORDERING?

You can check the description of of the necklace then compare it to the sizing chart, or you can also measure a necklace that you already own for reference. Another easy way is to measure out a piece of string the same size as the necklace and then see how it would fit around your neck! A majority of the necklaces come with a 2 inch extender chain to make the length adjustable, but not all! Check the description of the necklace to find out.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE BLACK STARTS TO FADE FROM MY RING?

Our rings are made out of aluminum, so no permanent marker will last forever on the ring. Over time the black will fade, but some people even prefer that look! You can fix this by shading in your ring with a black acrylic marker, expo marker, or even (carefully) a sharpie, then wipe the excess black off of the ring with a towel and water:)

HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWELRY LOOKING BRAND NEW?

Every piece of jewelry is delicate. We recommend taking off your jewelry before you submerge in water ( showering and swimming). We also recommend taking off your jewelry before going to bed at night.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since we are a small business, we have a no return policy. Make sure to check the description of each necklace before ordering. To ensure that your necklace fits correctly, check the length in the description of the necklace then reference to the sizing chart.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE MY JEWELRY?

Once you receive you package, you are responsible for the care of your jewelry. All of our products are fragile and if they are not taken care of properly, they will be damaged. Please refer to the "HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWELRY LOOKING BRAND NEW?" question to find out the best way to care for your jewelry.
